Attorney Recommendation
Hi all, looking for recommendations for a reasonable priced attorney for guidance on AC21 Job portability discussion with pending 485. background - was on L1, and 485 filed in March 2022, laid off in 2023. Joined new employer on EAD. 485j was never filed for current employer, have a new offer. So need guidance on next course of action without impacting pending 485 thank you!

You just need supplement J signed by your new employer. It will ask for job details like job code, location and salary and duties. Your new job should be similar to what you have in i140 — ideally the job code should match or be similar to reason about. that’s mostly it - one form 485J. few people add paystubs and details of new role company etc to avoid getting random RFEs

I took it with when I went for my interview, my current employer filled out and I signed.
