@R J Totally agree with you. Everyone on here is so impatient and acts like they are the only ones waiting in line. 610 days is just over a 1.5yrs and is definitely still within the normal processing time frame.

You can sue USCIS on your own especially if you cannot afford an attorney, and it's much cheaper, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Youtube "writ of mandamus pro se" there is a channel Immigration Aid helping people.

@emalet uscis I will. I’m just overseas with my wife and I’ll file a mandamus as soon as I return to the US. but yes, that’s a definite. my case is on hold.
