i just talked to live agent to know what service center is processing my papers and if the received my rfe too

2 weeks ago I called them they couldn’t find anything in the system . Then someone on this platform told me that anything under Vawa can not be discussed over the phone . I am just so frustrated .Let me try Emma . Thanks a lot
