Asylum under I-134A
Hello hope you guys are doing great so i need an advice about asylum I recently came under the I-134A I applied for tps they approved me, can I still apply for asylum after the 1y deadline ? Because I already have 1y and a couple of months i was worried about doing it because I heard if you came under 134A you can’t apply for asylum that’s why I take so long any advice will help me #asylum #tps #I-134A #help

lies you can always apply for asylum no matter how you enter United States but make sure you applied within 1 year of entry

you can still apply after one year you must have an explanation for that incase they ask . there are situations that may have hindered you to apply with in one year.

yes you can apply. I came under I-134A too and I applied for asylum.
