asylum seeker and beneficiary through US citizen husband
Entered legally in US in 2021, i am an asylum seeker interviewed in may 2022, later married to US citizen in Feb 2023 who filed green card for me in March 2023 got my biometrics done and EAD after few months but no update afrer that. Can asylum seeker status, asylum case pending increase my wait period?

my attorney started the process to withdraw asylum 18 months ago. we haven’t had any response, however my green card was approved 🤷🏽♀️
