It was rejected for two people. Had to resend the correct amount $300 for asylum and $715 for the i-140

@Mrs Mrs Uscis is backlogged right now. So it should take about 2-4 weeks for you to receive your file.

@Mona A. No idea but i-140 applicants (employers and self sponsorship) have to pay $300-600 (depending on size of company)- $300 for individuals. It has to be paid to cover asylum seekers fee since they file for free when they file for asylum.

@Mona A. Yes, you must pay it. Everyone who files i-140 must pay it except (non-profit organizations). So, even if you have a pending asylum you still pay it if filing for i-140.

Do you guys know success stories of filing i140niw application after starting asylum first and it is pending?
