Thanks for the info. I don't think they have completely stopped asylum green cards. But the process is very slow right now. I can see that there seem to be only a few asylum green card approvals in April. At this rate, it may take 5 or even 10 years to process.

это хорошо!!!спасибо! hey guys… things are NOT slow…. people used to wait for 2-3year and even people who applied in 2023 are waiting till now, cases from 2024, looks like they are processing within 6-13 months depends on the state. even USCIS website used to be 30m+ now it’s only 15.5…. and according to lawfully and info online, things are moving, if someone is pause we don’t know who….maybe CHNV,but we have 0 info.

@i l Agreed. Processing times significantly improved in 2024. Still, I’m curious which specific cases might be on hold, if any. So far, it seems that cases are being processed normally.

@Drei Cyber 1st USCIS and DHS never mentioned anything in the memo, usually you always get some confirmation after CBS news….2nd CBS did say “SOME GC BASED ON ASYKUM/refugee” ….some lawyers speculated that this “some” most likely is about CHNV or some parolees who USCIS tried to cancel/revoke…. idk there is a FOIA request from AILA about this and if this is truth….
