Asylum approved in 4 years , applied green cards for kids and I in 2022, nothing happened so far, i730 taking so long, its been 6 years of waiting for my husband no news. 😥
they kept transfemy husbands file and our green cards forms, but nothing happened.

You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Assistance"

it was in Nebraska then transferred to Taxas this year and then transferred to another USCIS office , now hoping for the interview of my husband

i have not recieved any letter so far saying case approved for i730 ( for my husband)
but the letter saying we are transferring the case to the international field office or NVC where your beneficiary live ,
what is this is it approved or not yet im not getting it.

@asma shahzad its look like it’s going to be approved soon because if you received like that letter its a notice of what will happen next once approved or you can keep checking case status on web
