@prabhjot singh Can I ask what was the reason for your expedite for the travel document? My mother is sick and I need to see her as soon as possible. A week ago, I applied for expedite , but they did not give me an answer yet

There's a reason why you are seeking for asylum. If I were you I would not travel back unless I was a USC or if your case is a fraud then by all means go.
Be aware you could be denied entry and asylum rejected.
