Assets for Minimum Income Requirements I-864
Hello!
I have a question and hope to get orientation from you all. I'm using asset to meet the minimum income requeriment for I-864 (AOS).
What happen if I sell that asset (real state property) and buy another one while waiting for NVC and interview?

you will have to prepare another i864 with the new assets because you need to bring proof of the assets you put in the previous i864 to the interview!

hi did you had the interview yet? how did you do for showing assets I am worried cause my income requirement doesn’t meet the poverty guide lines so I and going to add the House as an assets did you fill out another form?
