my reply still is, click the drop down menu that has an arrow, choose write or call WH >scroll down a bit click email us> help with a federal agency, fill your information and then type whatever Enquiry you need to enquire about, put in as much information as you can so then submit

I sent an email like a month ago and have not heard from them. did you get a reply from White House and how long it takes?

you will get an email from WH if you did what olayinka said

they usually reply back either same day or next day. WH does reply back

I did and they sent my case to USCIS and USCIS said I have to write to vermont because my case is private! same shit different day

yes , they will respond and let you know your Enquiry has been sent to the appropriate office

@Olayinka S I just received this email: Thank you for taking the time to write the Biden-Harris Administration. White House staff reviewed your correspondence and forwarded it to the appropriate Federal agency for further action. does it mean they have contacted USCIS? what should I expect next?

@Anna Miller yes they have forwarded it to uscis, you should get a response soon from them

I wrote a request to WH two weeks ago and I got response from them today and I'm waiting to see if uscis will react to my case
