@Tu tu My lawyer mailed the form to the address on the form itself. I didn’t hear anything either for a few weeks, noticed my old address was still on my USCIS profile. So I changed it there too as @Jazmín Corrales suggested. I know it worked because I’ve received notices at my new address!

@Denise K Thank you so much for your reply? so you changed the address by both filling AR11 and also mailing form ? can I ask how you changed online? did you just changed adddess on USCIS account or you filled AR11 form? also you received paper mail notice at your new address to inform you that your address has been successfully updated?

@Tu tu I never received any paper (mail) confirmation saying my address had been changed. But I did receive notices (status updates) to my new address by mail so I know the process worked. Here are the steps I followed to change the address online: - Sign in to your USCIS online account - Click on ‘Profile’, it states there: “To change your physical address, please submit a Form AR-11, Alien’s change of address card, and update your address in your case profile” - Scroll down to ‘Contact Information’ - Click on ‘Edit’ and change your physical address I didn’t receive any email confirmation that I had changed my address but when I checked my profile later, on the same day, the new address was still there.

If you’re concerned that they still have the old address, do live chat with an agent. At the start of your conversation, they will ask you some identification questions. One of the questions is your permanent address. Type in your new address (once you’ve followed the process to change it, of course) and see if the agent accepts. If they do, this means they have your new address on file.

Yes @Tu tu if you change the address online it affects all cases. You’ll even see a pop up window that warns you about this when you’re about to make the change.
