did you check your documents tab? you might have a letter there, you can see what they need

@Alina li I know that but I can’t see there pc I’m the beneficiary and when I speak with they they told me at the petitioner account I can see the letter but we don’t have pericionario account only I make one for me 🙈🙆‍♂️

@rich hdez your petetioner needs to login their account asap and see if an RFE was sent, chances are you can reply to it immediately online. that happen to me already

@rich hdez the beneficiary doesn’t get access to the petitioner’s account even with an access code. you will receive a mail soon. I got a mail like a week later about the rfe

@rich hdez just wait for the mail if not let call USCIS and say info pass , eventually you’ll get connected to an agent and he can speak to them directly
