@all is well what part don’t you understand? I am living outside the U.S with a pending VAWA. I caught a case while in my home country but the case was dismissed in court and I have the court ruling. do I have to notify USCIS?

I think you don't have to notify, my friend had same situation. she is Wava, she was arrested in USA and her case was dismissed before court. her lawyer said not to notify in interview if they ask you she could tell them.

@Ni Ta she has to disclose in her i-485 otherwise it will get denied. there’s a part in the form that explicitly asks if you’ve ever been arrested she needs to answer truthfully otherwise she stands a chance of it getting denied, she can include a copy of the court ruling with it but she has to disclose before her interview date.
