Are there any approvals from August 10 from Nbc case transfered to Queens field office
Hello Guys,
I hope God helps everyone with a fast and easy process because i know how difficult and stressful is to wait for such a long time with no response at all.
I Filled August 10 2023, Married to a Us Citizen, and since then nothing changed beside just biometrics.
No Rfe.
I got an email 7 months ago that we have taken an action in your case.
When i go and see the case it says "Case is being actively reviewed",nothing beside that.
I Reached to my governor 1 month ago and still no response yet.
I reached to agent and they told me your case was transferred to Queens Field Office.
Anyone here same as me how more longer we have to wait?

mine took 480 days. sometimes it just takes longer. not sure why. keep your head up, it should be soon. @cici cici

@cici cici You have waited a long time. It is good that it was transferred. There is movement. A 485 gets decided at a feild office. Did you apply for anything else?

mine is same thing no Rfe no interview, 485 transferred to field office in march still nothing change

@Kingsley B yes I-130 no change at all, and I-765 was approved in 3 months.
No i did not apply for I-131 because i thought its going to be a fast process.

@cici cici I heard that before .. that Queens Office is one of the slowest 😞
