Are I-140 regular processing cases moving at all?
My priority date is July, 2024. Texas Service Center. Waiting more than 2 years now. No decision so far. Are cases with regular processing moving at all? Did anyone from July 2024 filing get any decision recently?

@Zig Zag doesn't make sense after waiting more than 2 years..
Zig ZagJul 28, 2026
check processing times and then (if eligible) send inquiry.

it actually makes perfect sense. See, if they send you RFE you can stat working those stuff.

Based on other info I have seen, they might be reviewing June. So, reviewing cases of the prior month from the month we are actually. I would recommend you to pay more attention your case in August and September 2026.

@Jesus Pirela thanks. That's a little hopeful.

@Jesus Pirela what the source of this information. my PD is March 2024 at NCS. and still no update. I think cases from February 2024 going forward are still waiting for decision

@S A is been over two years no update to most 2024 cases. I think if money isn’t a problem PP is the option. if February and March are still waiting, it means July will still have to wait that’s if the cases are processed in order of date and time submitted

@Big $€£¥ I checked that tendency through this app but that was in May. I gues the delay is getting bigger. USCIS processing time website says now 28 months, so based on you PD of March 2024, your 28 months are rearched in July, so in August you can probably submit an inquiry request.

@Big $€£¥ Attorney strongly discourages every time, otherwise would've gone for PP.

mine was March 2025. still under process. no updates

@Jesus Pirela the 28 month seems to be the average and it keeps moving forward as we approach. it has been moving forward anytime I get there. it used to be 8months and it is now 28 months. so it will move forward again soon.

and they are changing a few things there. i checked the processing time and it is 28 months for NIW. they have this message here on their page: USCIS processing times for certain form types may no longer reference a specific service center location (for example, Vermont Service Center). We are in the process of adjusting all processing times for service center-related forms to now list “Service Center Operations (SCOPS).” Service Center Operations has expanded its capability to process casework at multiple locations, at various points in time, based on business needs and staffing requirements. Therefore, listing a specific location is no longer an accurate representation of where a case is processed. We are adjusting our case processing time metrics to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information by form type.
S AJul 30, 2026
@VM Nov. 2024/Texas yes it has been changed to scops for some time. And processing time keeps extending all the time.
