Are federal and civil police reports needed to DQ?
CEAC shows that our fees have been processed and we are ready to upload (the links are active) Our attorney said we need to wait for federal police report (can’t seem to get it in the web) before submitting the DS260 and I864
For other filers, did you submit the police report with the DS260? As I understood it, that isn’t needed until the visa interview at the consulate Can anyone confirm this?

You will need to submit the police report after completing DS-260 before they can review your documents.

my husband had to submit the police report along with the DS-260. but just a heads up, anything you’ve submitted for civil documents should be taken with you to the interview. that’s what I heard anyway. right now my husband is just waiting for the civil docs and AOS to get approved by NVC.. I hope this goes by quick.
