My daughter applied for both of us her parents and we were approved at the same time. However, my attorney warned that they are treated as two separate cases. Hope this helps! great luck on your journey.

We were approved minutes apart from each other as per the notification from lawfully. They are treated as two individual cases even though there are spouses. Hopefully he would be approved soon.
