I am also IOE PD 26 June 2021. did biometrics in September and still waiting for EAD. I’ve also noticed no IOE

the case processing receipt date rn is dec. 20, 2020 so i couldn’t file a case outside normal processing time

Uhmm yeah me. PD june 24th. I expedited it twice , the first by a tier one no response after 40+ days . second tier 2 response after two weeks for proof. Did not get a decision on expedite request but got my card approved the day after proof was requested
