Congratulations 🎉 to you, Fil. I have a question... don't you need to apply for i-485 rather than a Ds 260 for EB2-NIW to adjust your status? I thought Ds 260 it's only for diversity lottery visas and not employment based visas

Lorz, I if you are inside US, you need to use 485 (change of status), if you are outside, the form will be DS 260 (immigrant visa permanent)
