@K R S congratulations to you both. Isn’t the 129F a fiancé petition? how did you file that one after filing an i130 for spouse? but then it says expedite request…did they say why they denied it the first time? I am trying to figure out how to request for expedite but don’t know if what happens to me qualifies. I had a bad accident and surgery and surgeon put me on disability and I can’t work because I don’t have movement of my right arm. I need my husband here with us to help provide. We just cant live like this anymore. Do you think that is a valid reason to ask for an expedited decision?

@Erica P I submitted the I129f for a K3 which I have read that it has helped a lot of people get the spousal visa approved faster it was free to file so I did it. The 1st expedite was for my I129f form and they denied me immediately after I requested it via Emma live agent chat and it was for a medical reason for myself and they still denied I’m not sure of what outlined requirements USCIS follow because I’ve seen people get a medical expedite approved but again USCIS is a beast in its own. My 2nd expedite request was filed for my I130 on the behalf of my husband the beneficiary and I haven’t received a response for that one.
