APROVAL TIMELINE AFTER RFE SUBMISSION!
Hi folks, I recently responded to an RFE for medicals and an updated work offer for a religious minister, as well as medicals for my wife and son. USCIS received it on May 22nd. How long does approval typically take after an RFE response? Any similar experiences to share? Your insights would be appreciated. Thank you! 🙏🏾

I sent my medicals April 29th and so far I haven’t heard anything yet. I am under EB4 for SIJ.

They say if you don't hear from them in 60days to reach out to them. I suspect you may hear from them pretty soon.

PD 2022 May, almost have been 4 months RFIE for birth certificate response notice, and i am current, nothing no news at all. even got my combo card.

@Kenia F Good evening, any update about your green card approval? I haven’t heard anything from them since they acknowledged the receipt of my I-485 RFE for medical and job update on the 22nd of May.

@Tee Jay hi! I haven’t heard anything at all. They haven’t acknowledged that they received my RFE yet, but I am praying and being positive that something this week
