it does not make sense to move filing date but not final action by few months.

what’s the even point of moving DOF without moving FAD, DOS thinks they can clear all that by EOY without wasting visas? I doubt that.

April bulletin says ‘use FAD’ for filing AOS, so why move AOS date if you are gonna use FAD date anyway?

In final action, almost everything else is current except Unskilled 😔

Only DOF is moving, I think they need more money with the new case to run the department but then keep waiting for the green card 😔

we’re 6 months away from a new FY, so October or November will be when they move to 2022 cases. The reason they use Filling Chart now is to allow people who haven’t filed to file their application.
