Got my bio late July but no update on USCIS account and definitely no update at all

I think LIN is processing Nov end to mid Dec now. Mine is Dec 21st no update and one of my Friend’s is Nov 28th no update for him as well.

Emma told me today LIN is processing December 15th . but how come we have so many November if they are processing December. seems no clear process

January 22. my receipt is Msc but case transferred to Nebraska in March. Biometrics done in July, EAD/AP approved on 9/13. GC still pending

Early March filler in Nebraska, bio in early June and no EAD/AP so far. Sent RFE in late Aug and no updates ever since. When did you submit medical RFE?

no medical RFE so far, I’m really worried since no update on my USCIS account after bio. my current visa expires in February and I’ll be out of work until I get the EAD/AP and with a baby coming, , really hope I can get it soon

submitted Medical together with 485 back in January but didn’t help with case processing. at least I got EAD for next 2 years. a friend from f mine files in February at Nebraska and still doesn’t have EAD and out of work at this point.

EAD/AP was approved on 9/13. I received it in mail on 9/18.

I hope so. I am a critical care nurse and they have denied me 4 expedite requests. i really hope to get approved soon because I have seen nurses with similar timeline who already got gc but they weren’t in Nebraska.

hey Dee, we have the exact same timeline except April 12th. we expedited for biometrics in July and I recently just expedited EAD through Congress October 6th since both hubby and I have lost jobs due to expired visa waiting for aos. expedite went straight to request for additional info recieved which is odd since I was never contacted or sent info in. hasn’t changed but after reading all previous posts it will probably be denied. keep us updated :)
