I’m March 2024 EB1B I-485 still pending. to NBC in April and to non local FO in July

May 1st here! EAD APPROVED on July 1st! waiting

@moe moe - Did you status change to “transfered to another office” also, you got your EAD ?

yes it did back in April and I got a transfer notice from NBC

but nothing in July. I asked Emma and agent told me it’s in LA

@GC 2024 according to casestatusext both March and Feb are seeing almost equal 485 approvals every week for MSC-LB

what I seem to notice is this.. from i485 submission to biometrics is 1 month + change. Also from biometrics to first uscis response is also 1month + change. Now this reply is either i485 approval or RFE... if it's RFE, it's unsure when next u hear back from them

ı filed I-485 form in 21 June and there is any news for bio. we are waiting but you said, uscis is approving feb and march. ı sorry a bit

@P A Is your EAD approval after Biometrics or before. if its after biometrics, how many days after biometrics appoinment day EAD Approved?

I filed April and I got my I-485 approved yesterday July 6.

@A B AA congrats! did you take any rfe for I-485? I filed I-485 for my case in 21 June. there is no schedule for Biometrics and fingerprint? by the way, how days did you take schedule for bio after filed?

@S R K after! 23 days after my status updated to fingerprint were taken. 38 days after the biometrics schedule. May 1st - they received my AOS May 23rd - biometrics Jun 7- status updated to fingerprints were taken July 1st - EAD approved

@P A thank you for the info. is May 1st USCIS refeived date or Notice date? also is your receipt notice MSC or IOE? could you please share. My receipt date with MSC is May 8th 2024, Notice date is June 27th 2024 with dallas lockbox. still not received any info on Biometrics. wondering how many more days.

@S R K mine is MSC 2490699*** I sent it on April 30, they received it on May 1st, and the notice came on May 7. But the date that shows on my receipt is May 1st. My biometric appointment was sent to me on May 10, I received it on May 18, and I walked in on May 23rd. The original date for my biometrics was May 31. On Jun 7, they updated my cases I-485 and 765 to fingerprint were taken. And today, they updated my I-131 to fingerprint were taken.

please I have filled my i140 since Jan 2024 and it is yet to be approved. I planned to use premium processing including filling for I 485, i131 and i765 for I and my dependents. is it possible to file for these same time of paying my premium processing. thank so much!

USCIS Notice Date as June 27th. then nothing after that. wondering how many more days it will take for Biometrics. my receipt number is MSC2490829***

@P A - I just got to know via Emma chat that - My biometrics got scheduled on July 23rd and mailed biometrics notice on July 5th.so breathing now! wondering still my case status shows as Case Received. NOT Biometrics scheduled.
