wondering if anyone that filed an i-130 April 2023 for their spouse have been approved yet ? I am still waiting. status changed to ” your case is taking longer than expected” around November of 2023 and i haven’t had an update ever since 🫠 #I-130 #april2023 #spouse

April 3 nothing yet, had taking longer than expected starting in July then 2 weeks ago had 5 weeks then 4 weeks so maybe it was looked at, I also recently sent more pictures to the unsolicited evidence so maybe that helping out, hanging in there stay strong everyone
