Has anyone file I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131 and already received EAD card (I-765) and/or a combo card?Any tips/tricks? My EAD card will be expired real soon :(

I have read on the USCIS website @laura v @Keep Waiting or some sort of gov website. your supposed to reach out in advance/reapply 90 days before it expires to whom ever is in charge of your case you and/or attorney it’s going to expire soon so that you won’t be left out hanging like I was

@Edwin ortiz Could you please clarify on that please? From my understanding, I will be receiving EAD through C9 category (as spouse of USC) but I am currently on C3C category (as STEM OPT). The extension doesn't work across categories..

@Keep Waiting I-765 filed Nov 2nd 2022 and did biometrics on dec 5th. my OPT EAD expires july 21st

@waitfor long I married in February and Filed applications in April. Could you let me know your timeline? How long did it take you to get your EAD?

If you have STEM OPT you can apply for STEM OPT Extension.

married 03/20/23 , filed 130 03/29/23 , then 131, 485 & 765 on 04/07/23. did bio 05/09/23 card being produced 05/10/23 .. I sent my medical with adjustment of status package @Keep Waiting

@K W thank you for the information!! My biometric is this Tuesday. I hope my EAD card get approved the following day :) Did you receive an actual EAD card yet? How long did it take since "card being produced"? Congrats again!! 🫶🏻

I had my biometric appointment earlier today and now status of both I-485 and I-765 is "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS" @K W did you receive EAD crad yet? have you check the case online?

@K W good morning, both my I-485 and I-765 status changed to "actively review" yesterday right after the biometrics appt. This morning my I-485 status changed to "actively review" again! No update on I-765.

LOL…I’m on the exactly same boar. 3rd year of my STEM OPT, current EAD expires on June 30th, married in February and filed everything in April. Hopefully we will get our updates soon

@E S hmm looks like ur still waiting for your EAD.. have you tried submitting an expedite request at all? My PD is 04/21/23 a day after yours! What state are you in?

@Keep Waiting Woooow! Congrats!!!! All my applications are ‘under active review’, never got any updates other than that. I submitted expedite request twice already. First time I only got a receipt number and never got the email/ mail with Fax info. So I called and asked for expediting for another time and they gave me another receipt… still waiting gor the email/mail to FAX
