USCIS( Nebreska) received whole package 485,765 and parole on April 9th no EAD yet
Bio done on June 9th
USCIS received Medical RFE on Sept 3.
Heared NEBRESKA is dead
anyone has Exp with Nebreska with similar timeline and received EAD?

lol. Nebraska is not dead. they're just not awake. 🤣
I filled my EAD renewal category C8 and they received it on April 1. they approved it on November 9 and I received it on November 17.

EB3 Nov. 20 only fingerprint applied to 765. everything else is stand still. they might just be truly dead.

similar timeline here, submitted early March, bio in June and RFE responded on Sep 3 as well, nothing so far - no EAD, AP or any updates to GC, extremely frustrating

Shane - I agree with you. Nebraska is really frustrating. it took me almost 7.5 months to get my renewed EAD from them.
I hope all you guys get at least the EAD very soon!
