@Willy Ong it said the same! but today I asked emma about the tracking number and based on that, my gc is arriving on Wednesday! u should ask for tracking thru Emma!

@Jason Kim how do you ask? when I asked for case status, it refers me to the case status check page

@Willy Ong when u start the chat, dont make it sound like “case status” cuz it will automatically redirect u there. instead try a more complicated phrase that their automated system wont pick up. e.g. “Green card produced but wanted to know tracking number” and yea when the agent joins the convo then ur good to go

@Jason Kim oh I see, maybe I would try it tomorrow morning since it’s off hour now. btw if they know your card will arrived on Wed, why the agent can’t provide you the tracking number?

@Jason Kim I’m very nervous lol. since we are 3 persons waiting, I woke up 4:30 am every morning since my card status changed to mailed to me lol.

@Jason Kim I got all of our tracking number from EMMA, my card and my daughter card has arrived in JFK, and estimated deliver on Thursday. but my wife’s card I don’t know why went to distribution center in Bakersfield, CA. since we are in the east coast, it strange to have the mail transit in the west coast. I checked again with EMMA in case I got the wrong tracking number, but it’s the correct one. and my wife tracking number also has different route with my card and my daughter card route. any idea? I start to worry now 🥺

@Jason Kim I'm a 1-730 beneficiary over seas I was wondering why embassy would take passports from us before scheduling interview for me is it a good sign or?
