hey, your parents live in the US? just curious if we have to fill I-765, I-131, I-130, and I-485 together. I have filled out just I-130 and waiting for approval. I have not filled the other three and my parents are not living in the US.

@Birendra gautam it was at the nbc then in march it was transferred to my local field office where it was approved

@Mit Patel am the parent my son filed for me and I’m in the USA. I used a lawyer and we filed i765 i131, i130 and the i485 which were all filled concurrently and the medical was submitted from the initial filing. so if ur parents are not in the USA then u would only file the i130 until it’s approved then you file the i485 after approval
