@pj you’re right naija ninja lol. my lawyer didn’t clarify the field of interest/specialty so that pretty much skewed my other prongs. Hoping and praying it gets approved in no time.

My PD for I140 is Oct. 19, 2020 at TSC. Since then nothing. I am getting worried and sick. My blood pressure went up recently.

@Tobi Adu, brother mi, they sent you RFE for I-140? I didn't know they send RFE for it as such. EB2 NIW can be an arduous journey but we shall all be approved soon.
