my was approved 1 year and half and after 3 months they asked for my medical,and they received almost 1 year and I’m still waiting for decision 😤

16 months medical received nothing yet

my vawa got approved 1st October 2024 and last week I got RFE medical for I-485 on 2nd February 2026

I have Vawa, My case was received on May 8, 2024, and I've already received three prima facie determination letters, but I haven't received either the work permit or the social security document. Is this normal? I need help; I don't know who to ask.

@Estefania Morales if you are eligible and you applied for the work permit the long wait is not normal. if you are not eligible for the work permit while your case is pending it is normal. Not everyone will get a work permit while their case is pending. some will have to wait until their case is approved.
