@NV NV my I-130 is approved. approval notice was in the documents section on August 1 when I got 2nd active review. On Aug 2 they denied my I-129F for K-3 petition & on Aug 3 my I-130 officially shows approved on the USCIS account.

usually they’ve been sending it out on the 17th of every month for the Mumbai consulate. latest person to get an interview letter was DQ on August 6th.
