My daughters case is being reviewed. funny enough my hubby has been approved . called USCIS he said be blessed a lot if persons awaiting for years . They backed up .

hi @Nichole D! Seems like I just filed the same case file for my husband and three children. My Jamaican husband is currently still in the US on a B2 visa. Recently filed last month, to adjust status and 130 for our children.

yes it’s easier when their here versus when they’re back home . At least your hubby is here mine is no home missing him so much . Missing my daughter also
