@mohamed aldawood we are both working abroad. Middle East

ok as same as our case, so yes you have to wait for the welcome letter from the NVC (it will have the case number and the invoice ID) you will need these numbers to access the NVC website, the welcome letter it takes up to 45 days (but as per the NVC processing time, now they are sending the letter for the people who got approved on Dec 28th, 2021)

@Mel Drew, we have 2 cases, one for me (with NVC since April 2021) ans the second one for my son (just yesterday we got the approval from the USCIS)

@Mohamed Aldawood, that is so awesome. ohhh yours is almost 10months of waiting at the NVC?

@Mel, not really, I collected the required documents and submitted them first time on July (it took me 3 months to get some documents), then they replied to me on Oct and they asked for more documents, Dec 15th 2021 I submitted the requested documents and now I’m witing for their decision usually they are taking 3 months to reply so make sure you have all the documents they need (if you can hire a lawyer will be good so you will save a time unless you have everything they required)
