thanks all. I got a rfe to refile medicals in June 2025 then my case was put on pause again in July 2025 up until today

no interview

yes but didn’t help as it was standard response. I requested congressional assistance a few days before my approval. Not sure if that helped.

PD 14 Dec 2022 - got medical RFE on Sep 2025 and submitted on Nov 2025. waiting for decision it’s CRP for now . any wild guess how long it will take

@R V congratulation. Best wishes for future. One query, are port cases being interviewed? mine was ported from eb2 with PD Oct 2021. received ead after biometrics during dec 2024, after that no updates
