Approved!!!
I just got a notification from Lawfully about case update. I logged into my online account and saw a second active review with the approval letter in the documents sections!! I filed for my wife and 2 minor kids who live overseas in Lebanon. I am a USC. Priority date was September 9 2022. 2nd active review today with no RFE. All three of them were approved! Praise the Lord! Hope everyone receives good news soon!

@K G do you know what’s her documentary qualified date ?? because it depends on that.
I emailed both nvc and the embassy both said we have to wait I heard it’s taking from 5 to 7 months after you get documentary qualified .
10 days I will hit 6 months ! I’m hoping this month to get the letter!!

@L S she was DQ in November 2022. I really believed with the Covid backlog being over, we would get interviewed faster. my lawyer said the waiting period for Lebanon is 3 months. I hope you hear good news. please keep me posted
