Approved on 3rd attempt
I finally got approved after applying three time. On the first attempt, I applied without a lawyer. My petition was really bad that I knew I deserved to be denied.
I decided to use a lawyer on the 2nd attempt. Lawyer didn't do a good job on the national importance section so I got denied.
Two weeks after the 2nd denial, I applied again. This time, without a lawyer. I was pretty focused heavily on the national importance of my proposed endeavor. Thankfully, I got approved.

Congratulations. Did you use the same recommendation letters for the three petitions or you were asking your recommenders to write a fresh letter for each application?
