Just got notification that I was approved today. I came to the US in 2006 on a student visa, and have been on H1B since graduating in 2009. Employer filed green card never moved much.
Got married to my husband in Sept 2023, filed via a lawyer on Dec 12th 2023, got Combo card EAD on Feb 1st and all approvals today. Case was always at NBC. Hopefully the green card gets here soon! Feel free to ask any questions that you may have! And goodluck to everyone out there!

I-485 went into actively being reviewed 2 hours after my biometrics. I-130 went into actively being reviewed earlier this week on Monday. I sent all the documents, medical and bonafide proof (evidence) along with the initial application. I submitted joint bank accounts, marriage certificate, social media posts and pictures of us dating, engagement, and wedding pics. Wedding vendor and wedding planner contracts, invitation card, travel tickets, tax statements, paystubs, previous immigration approvals etc.
