they are slow at updating online account check documents folder see if it’s with the receipt notice like mine.

@michael Du ,can you please tell me what does it mean it 2nd time says" longer expected", from March 2023 I got this 2nd time 10 days ago it shows 2 months left and now it says again " case waiting is "longer than expected "

mine update time to taking longer than expected and after 2 weeks today it said actively reviewing for the 2nd time and I found approval notice in documents section idk what caused the time changes
