Congratulations!! Your date is the date they are approving right now I've seen many from July 3rd being approved in different groups. So you were in the right time. I'm delayed as many others from June. I've done all you did but still nothing. But like i told you on the other post I will write the congressman, if it doesn't work it won't hurt. Although I have to do it myself on behalf of my husband because he doesn't wanna do it he thinks it's not helpful

@Marcus Boeckel Like I said I uploaded all the evidence of the relationship 2 weeks ago so I dont have more now and besides it's too soon to upload more but anyway I don't have more. The only thing I can do is to write the congressman. The difference between your case and ours is 20 days from June 14th to July 3rd so it's a long time and they started approving July 6th today so they are going farther. Anyway, I know my case could be a little complicated to review for certain reason but hopefully I'll get approved soon

@MUSTAFA alawad No I havent got approved yet. I feel very discouraged. I know there are cases that are delayed and that sometimes take 16 or 18 months to get approved. I didn't want that for my case, but it is what it is. I was going to ask my husband to call USCIS again but I decided to write the congressman instead.

congratulations! i filed June 28, 2023 as a USC with the case being processed in Texas service center. still no approval. i was so excited the last 2 weeks because i was seeing a lot of end of June approvals. and now I’m just left wondering if it’s going to be one day or 5 months until i see my approval since they’re working on July cases now.

Congrats Sir!🎊🎉 Please did you applied for your wife as a Permanent Resident or as a US Citizen? I applied for my wife as permanent resident and later became a citizen but it’s still doesn’t change anything. I am still waiting for approval from USCIS and it been 738 days, I am totally confused and I have been contacting USCIS through Emma and costumer service but no encouraging response. I also found out that cases overseas takes longer time than cases within the US. I’m new to lawfully, as I was exploring the app, I came across your post and it gives me hope. Thank you!
