Can anyone answer this for me? I was under 21 when my F2A petition was filed, but I am 23 now. Will I still be considered under 21 for immigration purposes, or have I aged out?

@saad mounir they consider the age you applied. If you applied the day before turning 21, they would still consider the petition for a under 21 person.

@saad mounir When my dad applied for me, I was 5 days away from 21st birthday. Mine wasn’t a consular process, as I was already in the USA, but I was approved after my birthday, so I believe is the same rule even if you are outside the country.
