Approved!!! EB1C in 4 months
My i485 has finally been approved!!
I want to thank you all guys for the support in these past few months.
It’s been a war with uscis, they misplaced one of the form and i was forced to get emergency AP and pay additional 630$

@Johnson Control thank you! Yes it was moved to Raleigh Durham when they sent me the RFE on february 27 and i responded on march 5

Here guys I thought it was visible on my profile:
- i140 filed on October 16 and approved with PP on December 11;
- i485, i131, i765 filed on November 11;
- Biometrics completed on January 3;
- i765 approved on January 30;
- RFE received on February 27;
- RFE response delivered on March 7;
- i485 approved today!
AP never got approved, no combo card unfortunately and i was forced to get the emergency AP for another 630$

@H P i’m ROW so i was always current. I received no online notification, i found out about the field office because they issued an rfe from there. I remember i checked with Emma like 10 days before rfe and it was still at NBC
