Thanks! I used Emma 10 days ago and a live agent said I should hear within a week. I did not send more evidence though.

I didnt submit any evidence. I agree I was hesitant to do it but I have read other people who did it so I tried. I actually didnt specifically ask. The agent said I should hear back in 1 week.

@moshsin emma doesnt talk live the agent does you will ask speak to a live agent in the chat and an agent will connect they will ask you for your receipt number ,date of birth,address and your name if i can remember sorry lol

@mohsin jamil so you go to google and type in ask emma uscis and then you click on it and it will take you to the page and then on the upper right hand corner you will see emma and she would ask you what do you need help with and you say speak to a live agent and it would say connecting you to a live agent something like that but i dont know if the live agents are 24 hours so maybe its best to try to talk to an agent tomorrow

Mohsin bahi you just chat with Emma and say live agent in the chat > then you choose green card > you have to enter your receipt # > then it will connect you to live agent make sure you do this during normal business hours Monday to Friday only

so please what question will you ask Emma?can you ask the live agent directly that you want to know what’s going on with your case or how can you ask the question for the live agent to give you information about your application,I’m just been careful so that I don’t look for information and get in trouble
