Approved after nearly 4 years of wait
Took just under a month from getting an RFE for expired medical records to approval. Case was transferred from NBC to Newark FO at some point.
Feeling pretty relieved that it's finally done 😮💨

did you get the rfe from NBC or Newark?and how long after the RFE response you get the approval?
my case was at NBC and RFE was received at NBC, now emma saying its in Newark field office.. wanted to check timelines

@a m RFE came from Newark. Took just under a month for approval after the response. You should be getting close considering your PD is relatively close to mine.

@Visdom P there was no RFE ack, directly "card is being produced" status a month later. I read somewhere that RFE ack status is rare. So don't count on it.
