1 am so grateful to everyone in this channel who I read their comments, their post, that truly helped me with my application. Interview was yesterday and it was super great. They scheduled me for interview because I click no on subject to public charges in the I-485 questions. And they asked me only 2 question where me and my spouse met and when we got married. And then he said our case is straight forward and he approved the I-130 then proceed he asked me all the criminal questions and proceed to approved my 1-485 immediately too. I took a lawyer but my interview went well that he wasn't even needed. Then the officer told me congratulations I will get my green card in the mail within 2 weeks. @Delia childree my rfe request was for avifavit of support, we didn’t have the latest tax filing, and the scheduled interview 4 days after I uploaded it online. I had interview yesterday and was approved on the spot
