@adam smith yes I applied and got my ead and I have not used it because I got another ead through other status

@Charlie SC yes I got the yes/no interview. Don't know when it get to the local FO because my app status didn't change since I submitted medical. interviewed last two Wednesday, responded to additional evidence last week Wednesday and got approved yesterday.

@go green, Congratulations! Just curious USCIS is approving I485 whereas they stated that visas has been exhausted. Does it mean that visa can be allocated to an applicant prior to final adjudication, for example, pending response to RFE?

I think they have allocated the visas to applications once they feel all criteria are met until the visa finishes and then put the rest on CRP. I do not think visa allocation is don during RFE. I think it will be after interview done or interview waived. @Rijo Rijo
