I am sooooo happy. case approved. I entered USA as a visitor on Jan 1, 2023. EB2-NIW approved in 5days through premium processing. PD June 13, 2023. Prepared case myself! Used 3 months to research and draft my case.
Background in Financial crimes compliance. Lawyer from Africa. Enrolled in a school to read LLM. Graduation ceremony was yesterday.
AOS submitted on October 2 2024, EAD on Oct 15th. Family joined me on B2 visas in September 2024 for graduation in December 2024. Convocation postponed to May 2025.
Wife and 3kids submitted AOS in January, 2025. Wife received 5yrs EAD in February + SSN.
Cases approved just this morning.
