If you overstayed your visa before filing your adjustment of status, I won’t advise you travel. You might meet an asshole CBP officer on your way back

thanks @rocco .. I filled everything at once all with the I-131 adjustment of statues.

I recently travelled out of the country on an AP card, was no problem. Just be prepared to go through a secondary check up where they keep you in a room for a while while checking your status on the way back in.

there’s no problem to travel with advance parole. juste second check at the airport. it s true that the agent at the border have the final word to let you in but I have yet to see a testimony online of someone married to a us citizen + having AP beeing denied the entry . don’t worry and enjoy your trip
