Congratulations! I filed the I-130 for my wife 3 days after you (Dec. 6 2023) so hopefully that means we will hear something soon! Our case is also being processed in the Texas service center.

I'm so sorry this is off topic but I have been waiting for i824 for 2.2 years after vawa approval ,I've had no rfe and my lawyer reached out to them they said they are backlogged but can anyone let me know if anyone is in the same position as me please?I'm getting so worried. can USCIS just ignore a case?i824 is only supposed to take 6 months to a year at most.Please help.
